WHAT IT IS
A 92-foot half-orange on Highway 192, selling citrus and citrus-adjacent souvenirs since 1973.
It is often claimed to be the largest orange-shaped building in the world, a title with no serious competition. Inside is a family-run gift shop of marmalade, alligator heads, and orange-scented everything, and the fruit is genuinely good. It predates the theme parks that surround it and has outlived most of its neighbours by refusing to be anything other than a giant orange.
